It is possible to create todo tasks both when writing minutes and on the page called “Todos”. On this page you can see and edit to-dos for all users, provided your user is administrator.
Add a todo by defining the task, then set a deadline (optionally) and assign it to a user. When done click “Add”. The system sends an e-mail to the assignee when the todo is created and three days before the deadline (if a deadline was set).
View and mark as done
You see all todos that were assigned to you on your personal dashboard, check them when completed to mark them as done. On the view “Todos” you see all todos for all users, if you are administrator you can mark other users’ todos as done. A pink background means the deadline was passed. Delete by clicking the red cross.
