Register your user
Boardeaser is a tool for boards. The service works by you registering both the organisation (for example a company, foundation or society) whose board will use Boardeaser, and the users that will be connected to the organisation. The organisation is Boardeaser’s client.
Start the registration by clicking the button called “Create user account” on app.boardeaser.com and enter the following information:
- First and last name
- E-mail address
- Desired password
Finish this step by clicking “Create user account”. An e-mail will be sent to your address to verify that you entered the correct address, click the confirmation link in the e-mail and log in with your credentials.
Register your first organisation
In this step you will register your organisation whose board will use the service. Enter the information on the first page and choose subscription on the next page, today Boardeaser only offer the free 30-day trial subscription and the 1-year Basic-subscription (they both have the same functionality). Accept the Subscription Agreement and click “Register” to complete the registration.
After these steps you will see a short introduction to Boardeaser and a click-through guide. Remeber to invite other users so that you can take full advantage of the collaborative aspects of Boardeaser, for example holding a meeting where different users are assigned different tasks.
