Boardeaser is a tool for boards. The service works so that you register both the organization (i.e. an association, foundation or company) whose board will use Boardeaser and the users who will be connected to the organization in Boardeaser. The customer for Boardeaser is the organization.
Create user account
Start by clicking the “Create User Account” button on Boardeaser.com.
Enter first and last name, email, language and password. Read through and accept the terms of use. Continue by clicking the "Create User Account" button.
When you click create user account, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you specified. If you don't get it, check your spam folder.
Confirm user account
In the confirmation email you received, there is a link. Click on it to confirm the registration for your account.
Log in
Log in with the email and password you created the user account with. Click on "Sign in".
In the next step, you can activate BankID as a login method.
Customize your personal account
Customize your personal account by activating BankID as a login method. You can also upload a profile picture.
If you want to do this later, click the "I'll do this later" button to set up an organization.
Create organization
Create an organization by entering the organization's name, organization number, organization type and any campaign code. Read the terms and conditions and accept. Click on "Create Account".
Customize organization
Customize the organization by choosing which choose which type of organization it is. It is also possible to upload a logo for the organization by clicking and selecting or dragging it into the field at the bottom.
Select package/products
Select the package that best suits your organization's purposes. If you scroll down, you can add specific products and integrations to add. Continue by pressing "Next step".
Get started by booking a free demo by selecting the option. Then click on the "Let's go!" button.
You have then created your user account and a board room for the organization.
