User settings for:

You'll find all user settings under your name at the top right under the "My profile" option.
Name and contact details
Set first and last name* and phone if necessary. Language and message settings Select the language* to apply to the user account. Available languages are Swedish and English.
So as you know, this setting only affects the user account. If you want the organization settings in English, this needs to be set in the respective organization.
Set a day for the weekly newsletter. If you do not want a weekly newsletter, you can choose "Do not receive a weekly newsletter".
Click or drag and drop files into the box to upload a profile picture for your user account. The image will appear next to your name. Allowed file types: jpg, jpeg, png, svg, pdf.
Under the "My organizations" tab on the left, a list of all boardrooms and client managers to which the user account is linked is compiled. Here you can add a new organization. For more information, follow the guide How do I register an organization?.
Email and password
Under the "Email and password" tab on the left, it is possible to change the email address and password.
Under the "Security" tab on the left, you can set BankID and Yubikey as the login method.
To log in via BankID, you must activate it for your account. When you activate it, we need to store your social security number. By activating BankID, you introduce an extra secure authentication because you need to have your mobile BankID at hand when logging in.
Under the "GDPR" tab on the left, you will find all the information that Boardeaser can find about you on your boards. Boardeaser works continuously to index and find data that is connected to you. If you want to remove your information from Boardeaser, you can contact each individual board that you are a part of or delete your account completely a little further down the page.
