Standard phrases are a way to streamline the writing of agendas and/or minutes. Create your own phrases that are recurring for your organization.
The organization's standard phrases are found under "Meetings" and "Standard Phrases" in the left menu.
Create standard phrases
Create a new standard phrase by clicking the button "New Phrase".
Customize your phrase and click "Create Phrase". Your standard phrase is presented in the list and ready to use.
You can set a hashtag to dynamically select the person of a specific role, for example: #secretary, #chairman, #reviewer
#chairman was elected chairman of the board.
Edit standard phrases
Click the icon with the three dots next to the standard phrase you want to change and select "Edit".
Make the desired changes, and finish by clicking the "Save" button.
Delete standard phrases
To remove a standard phrase, tap the icon with three dots and select "Remove".
Confirm the removal of the selected standard phrase by clicking "OK".
Use standard phrases in the agenda or minutes
When writing the agenda and/or minutes there is a button with §. Click on it to take part in all standard phrases. It is possible to search for specific standard phrases. Click on the default phrase you want to add to the text.
