Once a minute has been reviewed, it is locked for further editing. If you wish to go back and edit the minutes, you must first unlock the minutes by requesting changes.
Start by clicking "Request changes" at the bottom of the "Reviewed" step in the meeting overview:
Confirm by clicking "Request changes".
You will then return to the "Minutes" step. Click "Edit minutes".
Approve the minutes again
After editing the minutes, click the "Comments and review" button.
If you wish to send out the review minutes, click "Send to reviewer". Otherwise, click "Mark as reviewed" to go directly to the next step.
You will then return to the "Reviewed" step. Click "Approve" to approve the minutes, then it will be locked again, and the next step is to e-sign the minutes.
