To find a signature case assigned to you, first, click on "Documents" then "E-signatures" in the left menu. Under the tab "Needs my signature", some cases require your signature. To sign, click the "Sign" button.
If, for various reasons, you do not want to sign the document, you can either reject a signing or cancel a signing case. See guides: How do I reject a signature? or How do I cancel an ongoing e-signature case?.
At the bottom of the document, click the "Sign now" option. Click that button.
Signing with BankID by following the instructions that appear.
Signing options
If it has been set that the document can be signed with alternatives to BankID (SMS, Touch), click on "Signing options" instead.
The settings to set which signing options should be allowed in the organization are found under "Administration" > "Settings" in the left menu, then "Advanced settings" > "E-signing".
Then choose from the different signing options and follow the instructions.
When the document has been signed, it will appear under the tab "Needs other's signature" or "Recently signed", depending on whether every signatory has signed it.
It could also appear under the "Rejected signatures" tab if someone has rejected the signature.
Signed documents
Under "Documents" and then "All documents" in the left menu, you can also see the status of the documents. The documents that have been sent for e-signing have different icons that show whether the document is being signed or is signed.
