It is possible to create private folders that only you and invited users can see
Click on “Documents” > “All documents” in the left menu. You can create a new folder by clicking the icon with three dots (···) and choosing “Create folder.”
Name the folder, click “Make private” and “Create folder”.
The private folder is now created. You will find it under “Document” > "All documents". If you wish to give other users access to the folder and its contents, click the icon with the three dots (···) next to the folder and choose “Manage access.”
Click on “Add people” and choose the user you wish to give access to. You can grant multiple users access in this view. If you want to notify the user, click “Send notification”. It is also possible to send a message to the user. Click “Share”.
If you wish to remove the access for a user, click “Can read” and choose “Remove access”. ”
