In this guide, an overview introduction to reporting is given with the goal of providing an understanding of how to start working with reporting in Boardeaser as well as what opportunities the system offers.
Boardeaser enables a high degree of automation in monthly and quarterly reporting, both legal and operational. The system supports the level of reporting that is needed.
Once accounting files have been loaded, Boardeaser automatically generates a large number of graphs and tables that are presented in a system-generated Dashboard.
If the budget is also read in, there is also an automatic follow-up against the budget.
These standard tables and graphs can also be used to build custom Dashboards and reports.
In cases where tables and graphs do not meet the needs for reporting, standard graphs and tables can be rebuilt to suit needs, as well as new ones can be built from scratch. Data not in the accounting can be imported to be used in graphs and tables in the same way as data from the accounting. This can be used to produce key figures as results per employee.
Data from accounting can be structured based on the dimensions such as cost centers and projects used in accounting by creating Business Areas, for example to create automated project reporting.
Data from different business areas and in groups different subsidiaries can be combined and compared via Labels to, for example, compare marketing costs in different Business areas or subsidiaries.
