In the third step of the meeting process, the invitation is sent.
You send the invitation by writing a message and choosing who to invite.
In the "Message" box, you can write text that should appear as a message in the email.
It is also possible to choose whether the agenda should be attached as a pdf in the invitation - if you do not choose this, the recipients must log in to Boardeaser to see the agenda (which provides a higher security). If the agenda is desired to be attached, check "Include agenda as PDF".
Finally, choose who will receive the invitation by checking the box to the left next to the names. You can also invite external people outside the organization by clicking the "Invite users to the organization" button.
To send the invitation, press the "Send Invitation" button.
It is also possible not to send an invitation. Then you press the "Skip sending invitation" button instead.
