It is possible to set which item type an agenda item or minutes item.
The different item types that can currently be selected are:
- Point type not specified
- Decision item
- Discussion item
- Formality item
- Information item
- Decision follow up
- Report follow up

Decision point, Discussion point, Point of formality and Information point
These item types only indicate the type of item type the agenda item should be defined as. The principle is the same on all of them, i.e., it is possible to add agenda text, preparatory minutes notes and attach appendices.
Decision follow up
Add decisions created in Boardeaser directly to agenda/minute items. Click on the "Add decision" button and select from among all the organization's decisions to add to the item. Added decisions in the agenda will appear in the meeting overview.

Report follow up
Add reports created in Boardeaser directly to agenda/minute items. Click the "Add reports" button and select from the organization's published reports to add to the item. Added reports in the agenda will appear in the meeting overview.
