Use hashtags when writing the agenda/minutes.
It is possible to use hashtags # to link text to a role in a meeting automatically.
Available hashtags are:
- #chairman
- #secretary
- #reviewer
- #reviewer_including_chairman
- #nextmeeting
- #ceo
- #financialmanager
When writing text in the agenda and minutes, you can write a #, and the options will appear.
Note that if you write hashtags in the bulleted description, #chairman, #secretary, #reviewer, #reviewer_including_chairman, and #nextmeeting will not be replaced by names because these roles are set when writing minutes.
