To be able to use KPIs, you need the KPI-Analytics add-on
You can use the KPI function to read key figures from your business into Boardeaser. These can then be used in the various components and reports.
This guide relates to the creation of KPIs for individual organisations.
Create KPI
If you have a handful of KPIs you want to update, it is easiest to do so directly in the web interface. Alternatively, export a template to Excel or Google Sheets that you fill in and read in. However, it is recommended to create KPIs first and add a value to each, because then they will all be included in the export. The advantage is that you get the correct spelling, etc., and don't have to risk getting it wrong there.

To create individual KPIs, go to Financials -> Data Management in the left menu and click the "KPIs" tab.
