The share register is based on transaction events that may consist of one or more transactions.
Each transaction event is based on the previous one. For this reason, only the most recent transaction event can be edited and deleted.
There is support for the following types of transactions in the share register:
- Company formation
- Previous registers
- Sales
- Equity issuance
- Split
- Bonus issue
- Share transfer
Firstly, go to "Shareholder Register" in the left menu. Then click "New action" in the upper right corner.
Select action type.
