There may be various reasons why you cannot log into the system. A common problem when you cannot log in to Boardeaser is having several email addresses registered and choosing one that is inactive or has the wrong password. Common problems when logging in and solutions to the problems are compiled here.
Forgotten or wrong password
If it is the wrong password, it could either be due to:
- You have several user accounts with different email addresses and passwords. Make sure the email address and password match. Also, check spelling on both email address and password.
- Your password manager or browser has saved the wrong password for the user account. Update the password if necessary. Otherwise, click Forgot password to reset the password.
If the problem persists, you can reset the password by clicking Forgot password. Enter your email address and click the "Send password reset instructions" button. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive an email with a password reset link.
Incorrect email address
If it says that the e-mail address or password was not found or did not match, check the spelling of both the e-mail address and the password.
Unable to log in with BankID
The most common reasons why it is not possible to log in with BankID are either:
- BankID is not activated as a login method on the user account.
- BankID is activated as a login method on another user account. It only works if you have BankID activated for an account. If you have set up BankID as a login method on another account. In that case, you first need to deactivate BankID as a login method and then activate BankID on the current user account.

The user account is not activated
A common reason why you cannot access the user account on Boardeaser is that the user account is not activated. When you set up a user account, you will receive an email with instructions to activate the user account. If you click on the link in the email, you will be able to activate the user account.
If you have not received the email with the activation instructions, first look in the spam folder to see if it has ended up there. Alternatively, you can send confirmation instructions again.
