Start by clicking "Documents" and then "Compliance" in the left menu. The first time the organization sets up compliance, the view in the image below appears. Click the “Configure Compliance” button to set up compliance.
Configure Compliance
Start by setting turnover, employees, and other information for your organization. The list will be updated with which documents must be available according to the law (scale icon) or our recommendation (heart icon in the list). In addition, several additional optional documents are listed.
Then, mark the documents you want to be included in your compliance list (those required by law are mandatory) and choose who is responsible for each uploaded and updated document. You can also enter your documents in the list by clicking "Add custom compliance" at the bottom. Click "Save" at the bottom right when you're done.
A list of the documents you have chosen to include is then displayed. The colour on the left of the list visualizes the status of the document:
- Red = Document missing
- Yellow = Something needs to be fixed, i.e. that the compliance document needs to be read, for example
- Green = Nothing needs to be done
