Two ways to sign the share register are through the shareholder register or the document archive.
Option 1: Sign through the share register
Start by clicking "Shareholder register" in the left menu. Then select the "Shareholder register" tab and click on the pdf file.
The shareholder register will then be opened in pdf mode. Click the "Send for E-Signing" button.
Choose e-signing options, write a message, select the people to e-sign, and click the "Send" button. There are two options, "Inform all signatories when the document has been signed by everyone" and "Allow signatories outside the organization". Check them if necessary.
Each person selected to sign will receive an email. Click the button "To the document" and then follow the instructions to sign the shareholder register.
Each person selected can also sign the document by clicking on "Documents" and then "E-signatures" in the left menu and then clicking the "Sign" button next to their name. Then, follow the instructions to sign the shareholder register.
Option 2: Sign through "Documents"
Click "Documents" and "All Documents" in the left menu. Find and click on the "Shareholder register" folder.
Click into the folder structure until you find the shareholder register. Then click on the icon with three dots (···) and select the "Send for e-signature" option.
Choose e-signing options, write a message, select the people to e-sign, and click the "Send" button. There are two options, "Inform all signatories when the document has been signed by everyone" and "Allow signatories outside the organization". Check them if necessary.
