When you have created a meeting and selected the agenda, you can include it in the invitation to the remaining members who will attend the meeting. Invited members can participate in the agenda and attached documents* directly in the e-mail without logging in to Boardeaser.
To do this, navigate to the "Invitation" step in the meeting process, check the "Include Agenda as PDF" option, and proceed with the meeting process by clicking the "Send invitation" button.
*The attached documents will not be included if the file size exceeds 9 MB.
