In the Minutes view, you can request a comment by clicking the "Comments and review" button at the bottom of the minute.
In this view, you can send the minutes for comments. Click the "Request comments" button.
Write a message if necessary and set a due date for the comments. Then, choose who will comment on the minutes and proceed by clicking "Send".
It then shows which request for comment has been sent and the date.
The member receives an email that there is a minute to comment on. Click the "Sign in to Boardeaser" button to comment on the minutes.
The member comments on the minutes by clicking "Write comment" and then "Save" to comment on specific items.
It is also possible to comment on the minutes generally. At the bottom, there is a field to leave comments. When done commenting, click the "Done commenting" button.
The comment is then editable or is possible to delete.
Completed signed minutes
When all selected commenters have clicked "Done with commenting", the secretary receives an email stating that the comments have been collected.
The secretary sees that the minutes are commented, click on "Show minutes" to see the comment(s).
