Add action event equity issuance.
Start by clicking "Shareholder register" in the left menu. Next, click the "New action" button.
If clicking "New action" is not possible, it is because the last transaction event is not locked. You can see all transaction events under the "Actions" tab.
Select equity issuance as the action type and enter the date. Then, you can choose which share type will be affected by the equity issuance.
If necessary, you set the number of shares and price per share (must be equal to or higher than the quota value. If it is higher, the excess price is the amount above the quota. Distribute the shares to existing shareholders or add a new owner by clicking the "Add shareholder" button. If not all shareholders participate in the equity issuance, leave these fields blank.
Attach the transaction documentation if you wish.
Continue by clicking "Create action".
This view shows an overview of the transaction. You can change the transaction by clicking "Edit action". To create a new transaction, the previous transaction must be locked. Click "Lock" to lock this transaction.
