Contract administrator role
Users with the administrator role can always access the Contracts tab, regardless of permissions. The combination Role: Contract Administrator and Authority: Limited thus gives a user only access to contracts so that they can add and administer contracts in Boardeaser.
Add contract administrator
In the left menu, click on "Administration" and then "Users" in the organization that applies. Then click the "Invite new users" button.
Fill in the relevant user information, select Contract administrator as the Role and then click "Add".
Change user to contract administrator
In the left menu, click on "Administration" and then "Users" in the organization that applies. Then click on the icon with the three dots next (···) to the person you want to change. Select Contract Administrator as the Role and then click "Save".
