Control how much information is printed in email messages. Enable the setting if the board accepts information such as assigned decisions and to-do tasks to be printed in emails. Leave the setting unchecked if the board wants users to log in to access information (more secure).
Each board can choose a general setting for whether information should be printed in emails. To do so, click "Administration" > "Settings" in the left menu and then click "Advanced Settings".
Click or scroll down to "Security".
For better availability but lower security, allow information in the email (check the box).
For lower availability but higher security, choose not to allow information in the email (do not check the box).
