Sale
Choose sale when shares change hands, regardless of whether current owners sell among themselves or new shareholders are added. The transaction event Sales can consist of one or more transactions. If one owner has sold to another, it is a single transaction. Multiple sales can be entered in the same transaction event. Please take a look at the guide below.
Start by clicking "Shareholder register" in the left menu and on the "New action" button.
To create a new transaction event, the last transaction needs to be locked. Click on the "Transaction history" tab to see all transactions in the shareholder register.
Set the action type to sale, date, and select the share type. If necessary, add documents or write notes. Proceed by clicking the "Create action" button.
Then, it's possible to specify the sale transaction by clicking the "New transaction" button.
