Financial manager Role
The financial manager gives the user administrator access to Financials and Reports. Therefore, users with the Financial Manager role can always access the Financials and Reports tab, regardless of authorization level.
Financial managers can also access Corporate Group and Integrations under Administration in the left menu.
The combination of Role: Financial Manager and Authorization level: Limited gives users full access to Financials, Group Financials and Reports under the menu options on the left. The combination also gives users full access to Integrations and Corporate Group under Administration.
Access is limited to other menu selections.
Add a Financial manager to the organization:
1. Start by clicking "Administration" and "Users" in the left menu. Next, click on "Invite new users"
Adding the financial manager role to an existing user in the organization is also possible. Click on the icon with three dots next to the person and select the "Edit" option on the person you want to add a financial manager to.
2. Fill in the user's information and make sure that you choose "Financial manager" in the role picker. When you are done, click on the "Add" button. The financial manager will now receive an email with instructions on activating the account.
