How should Per Capsulam decisions be handled?

Boardeaser does not currently have specific support for decisions made per capsulam, but this will be developed in the future.

One way to handle it is like this:

1. Create a new meeting, then click "Save and continue".
2. Create an agenda with only one item about the decision, then click "Mark agenda as done".
3. Skip sending an invitation by clicking "Skip sending invitations".
4. Click "Write minutes".
5. List everyone on the board as signatories to the minutes, select adjusters and secretaries.
6. Just write a decision in the minutes, then click "Comments and review".
7. First, click "Mark the minutes as done" and then "Mark as reviewed".
8. Click "Approve" to approve the minutes.
9. Sign the minutes.
