The organizations' dashboards are found in "Financials" > "Financial Dashboard" in the left menu.
Summary
Under the tab "Dashboard", Boardeasers' standard dashboard "Summary" is displayed as several tables at the top and then graphs.
Create dashboard
Click "Create Dashboard" to start creating your dashboard.
Your custom dashboard can consist of the following elements:
- Title
- Graphs
- Tables
- Columns
You can add as many elements as you want. Save your changes by clicking the "Save" button. Your newly created dashboard is then displayed along with the summary. Selecting "Primary dashboard" will be displayed as the first view when you go to Finanacials.
Share your dashboard with others
If you want your dashboard to be visible to all users in the organization (Administrators or Observers), click "Edit dashboard". Scroll to the bottom and fill in the "Visible for everyone" box.
Own graphs and tables are displayed under the heading "Organization" in each list. The lists are also searchable so that you can search for, e.g. "cash flow", and the list shows all graphs and tables that contain cash flow.
Create a report from Dashboard
If you want to create a report from the dashboard, it can be done by standing on the dashboard you created, pressing the three dots on the right, and then "Create report from dashboard".
After that, a pop-up will appear. To continue, click the "Copy" button. You will then enter the report section and be able to edit the report.
Dashboard settings
Click on the icon with three dots (···) next to "Create dashboard" to go to "Dashboard configurations".
Here, you can edit the dashboards or choose which are visible and in what order. To change the order of the dashboards, move the smaller dots to the left next to the title.
If you click "Edit", you can change the title or add something to the dashboard. You can also edit the visibility for everyone and whether it should be a primary dashboard. Click "Save" when you have made your changes.
