You need to have administration authorization level to be able to invite users to the board room.
Other users are invited to Boardeaser who will be part of the board room on the tab via “Administration” then “Users” in the left menu. Press the button "Invite new users".
Fill out the information for the user you want to invite. Here you can fill out specific information:
- Name*
- Email*
- Phone
- Language*
- Role
- Function*
- Title
- Authorization level
Please check that you are sending to the correct email address. When finished, click the "Add" button.
It is possible to invite users with temporary access that will be automatically removed on the selected date. Select the option and set the date that the user should be removed from the organization.
You can invite more than one user at the same time, if you click on “Add another user” you will see another form to fill in. Once you are done you can choose if you want to use our pre-written invitation message or write your own. Finish and send by clicking the “Send invitations”.
