Each board can decide for itself how many members will confirm the restoration of already approved or signed minutes, but the default number is two members.
Restore approved or signed minutes
Here's how to do it (you must be an administrator or listed as secretary for the current meeting):
- Click on the "View minutes" button in the specific meeting
- Then click on the icon with the three dots on the top right and select the "Unlock" option.
- Specify which members should confirm the unlock (you can specify yourself if you are a member or chairman).
- Each designated member receives an email with the request. When everyone has accepted the reset, the minutes can be edited again.
Press the icon with three dots and select "Unlock".
