Once the minutes have been saved for the first time, the agenda and invitations become locked. This means that any further edits to the agenda or sending of invitations won't be possible. However, if you need to make changes after saving the minutes, you can do so by deleting the saved minutes. It's important to note that deleting the saved minutes will also remove any previously written information.
Here's how to do it (you must be an administrator or listed as secretary for the current minutes):
- Go to editing mode for the current minutes by clicking "Edit minutes".
- Click on the icon with the three dots (···) at the top right and select the "Remove" option.
- Verify by entering the text that appears.

Verify the removal of the minutes by entering the text that appears and click the button "Remove".
Once the minutes have been removed, it is possible to change the agenda and the invitations. To make changes to the agenda, click "Agenda" then "Edit agenda".
