Save the agenda
To create an agenda, there are different options. Either create the agenda from scratch by adding items by pressing the "Add Item" button. Select a heading on the point and press the "Add" button.
It is also possible to import saved templates by pressing the "import from a template" button. It is also possible to add points when you have imported a template.
When you are done, you can click on the icon with the three dots and select "Save as template" if you want to be able to use the agenda as a template in the future. Name your agenda template and press "Save". You can find your templates under the Tools > Template Library tab in the left menu.
The agenda is regularly saved automatically. When the agenda is completely ready, you proceed by pressing "Mark the agenda as done" in order to then be able to send an invitation for the meeting. You can preview the agenda before the agenda is marked as done in the "Preview" tab.
