Save the agenda
There are different options for creating an agenda. You can start from scratch by adding items by pressing the "Add Item" button or selecting a heading on an item and pressing the "Add an item?" button.
It is also possible to import saved templates by pressing the "import from a template" button. It is also possible to add points when you have imported a template.
When you are done, you can click on the icon with the three dots (···) and select "Save as template" if you want to use the agenda as a template in the future. Name your agenda template and press "Save". Your templates are under the Tools > Template Library tab in the left menu.
The agenda is regularly saved automatically. When the agenda is completely ready, you proceed by pressing "Mark the agenda as done" to be then able to send an invitation for the meeting. You can preview the agenda before the agenda is marked as done in the "Preview" tab.
