Request changes to minutes
The reviewer may choose to request changes to minutes. At the end of the minutes when reviewing there is the option "Request changes". Then click on the "Send review" button.
You can write specific comments linked to items and/or general comments on the minutes.
Write comments on specific minute items
To write comments on specific minutes items, click "Write comment" next to the item.
A field for writing comments will then open. Write the comment and then click on the "Save" button.
It is possible to edit and/or delete written comments. Click on the icon with three dots (···) and select the "Edit" and/or "Delete" option
General comments on the minutes
To write general comments and the minutes, write the comment in the field for Comment.
Submit review on request for changes
After writing comments on specific items and/or the minutes, select "Request changes" and click the "Send review" button.
