After the protocol has been approved, it must be signed and archived. You either do this yourself on paper, i.e. you print out the minutes, sign and archive in a folder, or you sign electronically via Boardeaser's partner Assently.
Electronic signatures
Electronic signatures are a feature that you can add at the Feature shop.
If you have chosen to sign electronically, an email will be sent to the person or persons who will sign as soon as the minutes have been approved. Those who are to sign (chairman, secretary, and adjuster) can either click on the link in the e-mail or go directly to the Boardroom > Meetings and click on "Sign".
The protocol is then displayed in our partner Assently's service with a green button for your user, click on it to sign.
Follow the instructions to sign with Mobile BankID or BankID. You can see who signed and whose signatures are missing from "Meetings".
