First, you must create a data variable to retrieve the data from your KPI. You can read more about creating a data variable here.
In this example, we have made a KPI that shows the number of employees in the company.
To get the data in the graph, we enter "Employees" in the data. Then we get this.
The same applies to all KPIs. In the data source, enter the KPI's name and click "Add."
You can also use division with the KPI. For example, we want to see how much each employee turns over on average. Then we enter the formula in the data source:
-{3000-3999}/Employees
Then, you can tweak the graph a bit, like removing R3 and R12 by clicking where it says "Line" and selecting "Nothing". You can also change the name of the bars. This is done on the pencil to the right of the formula.
Then this pop-up appears where you can also change the formula, change the name and select the business area.
When you've made your changes, remember to click the "Save" button when managing the data source and the graph.
