Control how much information is printed in email messages. Enable the setting if the board accepts information to be printed in emails, such as assigned decisions and to-do tasks. Leave the setting unchecked if the board wants users to log in to access information (more secure).
Each board can choose a general setting for whether information should be printed in e-mails or not. Click Administration > Settings > Advanced Settings.
Click or scroll down to "Security".
For better availability but lower security: Choose to include information in email (check the box).
For lower availability but higher security: Choose not to include information in e-mail (do not check the box).
