You can find your personal settings for your user account, which apply to all boards, at the top right of the screen by clicking on your name and then selecting "My profile". Keep in mind that the settings apply to your user account, that is, the settings will be the same in all organizations to which your user account is connected.
Here you can first change basic information such as:
- Phone number
- Change password
Change email settings
You can remove automatic reminders for certain events in Boardeaser by unchecking the box next to “Reminders and notifications“. You will still receive emails from Boardeaser when you are called to a meeting or asked to adjust a protocol by another user in the organization.
There is a separate setting for the weekly newsletter, you can specify here which day you want the weekly newsletter or if you don't want a weekly newsletter at all. In order not to receive any automatic e-mails, you must therefore make both of these settings.
You can copy and paste the calendar link into your calendar program if you like, then your digital calendar will be automatically updated with board meetings and your to-do tasks.

If you do not want the board quiz to appear on your overview, you can uncheck this box.
In this tab you can edit your two-factor authentication security settings, currently Boardeaser supports BankID and security key from YubiKey. In the boards that have activated the requirement for logging in with two-factor authentication, you are therefore required to enter and activate one of these two options. If you see a key symbol in the list of "My boards", the requirement for login with two-factor authentication is activated.
Even after you've enabled any of them, you can still log in with your username and password, which will take you to your personal overview and boardrooms that don't require two-factor authentication. Log out and log in again with BankID/Yubikey and you will also access the boardrooms that have the requirement enabled.
If you enter your social security number, you can log in with BankID. When you enter your social security number for the first time, you will be asked to verify this with your BankID. Only one user can be linked to a social security number.
If you want increased security, you can choose to only log in with the YubiKey's physical security key. If so, click on “Add security key” and follow the instructions. An organization can require all users to log in with two-factor authentication, this is specified at Settings > Advanced settings in the boardroom.
On the GDPR tab, you can see what user information is displayed about you in the respective organization you are a part of. Here you can request that your user be removed completely and that all information about you be deleted. If you delete your user account, you can no longer log in to Boardeaser to any board.
