Change users' settings
Go to "Administration" and "Users" in the left menu. Tap the icon with three dots (···) and select "Edit" on the user you want to change.
From here, it is possible to change the users' Roles, Functions, Titles, and authority, give users temporary access, and set the organization's primary contact.
Only the user can change the name, contact information, language, and message settings. To do so, click on the top right and select "My profile".
- Role: This is optional and refers to the user's role in the organization. It can be an auditor, CEO, financial manager, co-chairman, contract management, or secretary, or it cannot be defined.
- Function: refers to the user's function on the board. It can be Alternate, Chairman, Not a board member or Regular.
- Title: here, you can write any title for the user.
Authorization
There are three levels of authorization levels for users:
- Restricted: The user cannot do or see anything in Boardeaser except as explicitly assigned.
- Observer: The user can see all the information in Boardeaser but only do something if it has been specifically assigned to, for example, adjust a protocol.
- Administrator: The user can read all information and do everything in Boardeaser. Recommended for anyone who wants to create meetings
Temporary access
Enter a date for the user to be automatically removed from the organization.
Primary contact
Mark the primary contact at your organization in case Boardeaser needs to reach out to you. We recommend that this user be an administrator.
Change individual settings
To change your individual settings, click on your name at the top right corner and select "My profile". You can change your name and contact information, such as email and password.
