You can create To-Do tasks partly in minutes and partly from the view called "Tasks". All information is also collected here.
All tasks are assigned to a user (yourself or someone else in the organization) and can have a deadline if you want.
To add a task from the "Tasks" view, click the "New Task" button. Next, you enter the task and then choose who in the organization you want to assign it to. If you want, you can set a due date for when the task must be completed. You can also link the task to a specific project. When you're done, click "Create Task".
An email is sent to the user assigned to the task if the option "Send email" is checked. An email is also sent three days before the task is to be completed.
On the first tab, "My active tasks", you will see all the tasks that have been assigned to you, This can be information assigned to you by the board or by Boardeaser. You also have tabs where you can see the entire board's active tasks as well as those that have been completed or removed.
Tasks assigned to you by the board can be clicked on "Done". then they will be moved to the "Done tasks" tab. The tasks assigned from Boardeaser are removed by performing them or by deleting them. When e.g. a decision receives the status "Done" and it is removed from the list.
If you delete a task, they are moved to the "Removed tasks" tab. If they are removed from this list, they are completely deleted.
For security reasons, it is not possible to edit assigned tasks, you can instead delete tha task and add it again.
