When the secretary writes minutes in Boardeaser, it is possible to add one or more decisions in the decision management.
1. Start by clicking the “Add decision” button:
2. A field opens where the secretary adds the decision.
If a user is to be assigned to implement the decision and/or if there is a date when the decision must be implemented, you also specify this. You can add several decisions under the same protocol item.
Finish by clicking "Save".
3. The preview of the minutes shows the decisions.
4. When decisions are added to the minutes, they end up under "Decisions" in the left menu. Depending on who is assigned to the decision and the status of the decision, it either ends up under "My active decisions", "Active decisions" or "Archived decisions".
