If you want to share your templates between organizations that you are a member of, it can be done easily with a template package. Using template packs is convenient if you want to share many templates at the same time.
The following describes how to create, share, and import a template package.
Create template packages
Start by navigating to the "Template Library" under "Tools" in the left menu.
Click on the "Publish template" tab and then on the "Publish package" button
Next, give the template package a Title and a Description. Mark if the User or the Organization is the creator.
Set privacy level
Now you need to choose the privacy level your template pack should have. In our case, we use “private”.
Choose which templates to include in the template package.
Publish the template package by clicking the button "Publish".
The template package will now be available in all boards that you are a member of. You can also choose to share the template package with specific people. You can skip this step if you want.
To verify that the template package is published or to unpublish the template package, you can click on the "Published templates" tab.
