Use the support
Boardeaser has an extensive support channel with articles and movie clips that describe and illustrate what you can do if you are stuck or do not know how to continue. On Boardeaser's website, under the tab "Resource", you will find the way to the Boardeaser support page.
When inside the system, you always have access to the blue "Support" button in the bottom right corner. Here, you can directly search for what you are wondering about. If there is an article that matches your search, the article will appear in the box. You can click on the article and immediately read it. Some articles also have a movie clip that illustrates how you can proceed. You can watch the movie clip without leaving the page you are on in Boardeaser.

Contact Us
If you don’t find the answer to your problem or thoughts in the article, you can contact us and further describe your issue. You do this by clicking the blue "Contact us" button. You fill in your name and email address here and describe what you want help with. Be as concrete and clear as you can. You can also attach pictures to illustrate what you need help with. Finally, click the "Send" button. Boardeasers support will then process your case and contact you.

Use the support button
Start by clicking on the blue "Support" button.
Type what you need help with within the search field and then click return. The relevant articles for your search are listed. Choose which article you want to read.
The article will be visible in the box. If there is a movie clip, you can watch it without leaving the page you are on in Boardeaser. You can open the guide in a new view by pressing the icon within the title. Scroll down to read more of the article. If you do not find what you want, click the "Contact us" button.
Please provide your name and email address and describe the problem you need help with. You can also attach photos. Then, click the "Send" button to finish.
