Use the support
Boardeaser has an extensive support channel with both articles and movie clips that describe and illustrate what you can do if you are stuck or do not know how to continue. On Boardeaser's website under the tab "Resource", you will find the way to Boardeasers support page.
When you are inside the system, you always have access to the blue "Support" button which is located in the bottom right corner. Here you can directly search for what you wonder about. If there is an article that matches your search, the article will appear in the box. You can further click on the article and immediately read the article. Some articles also have a movie clip that illustrates how you can proceed. You can watch the movie clip without having to leave the page you are on in Boardeaser.

If you don’t find the answer to your problem or thoughts in the article, you can contact us and further describe your issue. You do this by pressing the blue "Contact us" button. Here you fill in your name, e-mail address and describe what you want help with. Be as concrete and clear as you can. You can also attach pictures to illustrate what you need help with. Finally, press send. Boardeasers support will then process your case and contact you.

Start by clicking on the blue "Support" button.
Type what you need help with within the search field and then click return. The relevant articles for your search are listed. Choose which article you want to read.
The article will be visible in the box. If there is a movie clip, you can watch the movie without leaving the page you are on in Boardeaser. You can open the guide in a new view by pressing the icon within the title. Scroll down to read more of the article. If you do not find what you are looking for, click on the "Contact us" button.
Fill in your name, e-mail address and describe what you need help with. It is also possible to attach photos. Finish by clicking the "Send" button.
