When you create a custom field, you define the custom field title, type, and default value. You can also decide whether the custom field should be included in new contracts or not. It is possible to manage and edit your custom fields subsequently.
Click "Documents" and "Contracts" in the left menu. Then click the icon with three dots (···) and select "Custom fields".
Click on the icon with three dots (···) and then "Edit" to the custom field you want to manage.
Make your changes and finish by clicking on the "Save" button.
If the custom field is used in one or more contracts, it is not possible to change the title or type of the custom field. If you want to make these changes to a custom field that is already in use within a contract, enter the contract instead. Edit the contract, create a new custom field with the wanted title, type, and default value. After that, change to the new custom field.
Select the contract that you want to change custom fields on. Click the icon with three dots (···) and select "Edit".
Scroll down to the heading "Custom fields". Here you click on the button "New Custom field".
Create a new custom field based on the wanted values, click on "Save" and then select your newly created custom field.
