When you have created a meeting and selected the agenda, you can include the agenda in the invitation to the remaining members who will attend the meeting. This means that invited members can take part in the agenda directly in the e-mail without having to log in to Boardeaser.
To do this, navigate to the "Invitation" step in the meeting process, check the "Include Agenda as PDF" option, and proceed with the meeting process by clicking the button "Send invitation".
