Once you have reached the “Agenda” step in the meeting process and have selected the agenda template, you can add agenda items. Click the tab "Agenda" then the button "Add item".
Name the item then press "Add".
Then the item is added to the agenda. If you want to rearrange the order of items, press the icon with 6 dots to the left of the item and drag and drop to preferred order. You can set item description, prepare minutes notes, add attachments and much more.
