How do I remove a subsidiary?

To remove a subsidiary, you must set an end date for the company in the ownership distribution.

Note: Do not remove the company from the group structure; the accounting will remain and affect the group consolidation.

Navigate to the ownership distribution by selecting the "Settings" tab and then the "Ownership Distribution" sub-tab. Click on the three dots behind the company you want to remove from the group.

Select the "Edit Corporate group" option from the dropdown menu.

Select an end date from the date picker under the "End date" field. Then click on "Save".

You will now see an end date in the Ownership Distribution, and the company will no longer be updated in the group consolidation.
