Get the cloud database key
To integrate Boardeaser with Björn Lundén's financial system, you first need a "cloud database key" from Björn Lundén and that the product is activated in Boardeaser. Log in to app.bjornlunden.se, go to the relevant company, and click on the company name. The information that appears shows the public key and the name of the company's database. For questions about this, contact Björn Lundén's support.
Activate "Björn Lundén" in Boardeaser
Click "Administration" and "Product Shop" on the left menu. Then, under the “Integrations” tab, find the "Björn Lunden Integration" and click the "Activate" button.
Once the extension is activated, click "Administration" in the left menu and then "Integrations".
You can also click "Integrations" under "Administration" in the left menu.
Select Björn Lundén from the possible integrations and click "Activate".
Complete the integration and transfer of accounting data.
Fill in the Björn Lundén's user key and click "Activate".
Under "Financials" > "Data management", click the "Accounting" tab and then the "Import from ERP system" button.
Click the calendar button to select the end date and then click the "Import from ERP system" button. When the file is finished loading, click "Close". This needs to be done in the future every time accounting data is transferred.
