Get the cloud database key
To integrate Boardeaser with Björn Lundén's financial system, you first need to have a "cloud database key" from Björn Lundén and that the product is activated in Boardeaser. Log in to app.bjornlunden.se, go to the relevant company and click on the company name. In the information that appears, you see the public key and the name of the database for the company. For questions about this, contact Björn Lundén's support.
Activate "Björn Lundén" in Boardeaser
Click "Administration" then "Product shop" in the left menu. Then tap on the “Integrations” tab, go to "Björn Lunden Integration" and press "Activate".
Click on "Administration" then "Integrations" in the left menu. Activate by clicking on the "Activate" button.
Complete the integration and transfer accounting data.
Fill in the Björn Lundén's user key and then click "Activate".
Under "Finance" > "Data management", press the "Accounting" tab and then the "Import from ERP system" button.
Press the calendar button to select the end date and then press the button "Import from ERP system". When the file is finished loading, press "Close". This needs to be done in the future every time accounting data is transferred.
