Are there accounts in the accounting data that are loaded but not displayed in a table? Then it is probably because the scaling in the table (ie, whether it should be SEK, KSEK or MSEK) scales the amount down to zero, combined with the table not showing zero rows.
There are three solutions to this problem:
Set zero rows to be displayed (result: the values will still be scaled to 0, but the row will be displayed). Set the scaling for a single table (result: all rows in this table will be displayed). Set the scaling generally in the organization (result: all rows in all tables will be displayed). If it concerns Boardeaser's built-in tables, these cannot be edited, so only the third option solves the problem.
Set zero rows to be displayed
Enter the editing mode for the table (you can find the organization's tables via Financials > Components > Report-tables), click on "Settings", click on "Show zero rows", and save the table:
Set the scaling in a single table
In editing mode, select Settings and then the option under Number Scaling that gives the desired result. If, for example, values are entered in KSEK, but you want SEK, then set Number scaling: None as below:
Set the scaling generally
To make the above setting general in the organization's tables (and graphs), go to Administration > Settings > Advanced settings > Economy. Under "Scaling of your financial objects", you select the desired setting for scaling. Just like in the example above, the option "Do not scale" ensures that all values are entered in SEK (if SEK is the current currency):
