Contract administrator role
Users with the administrator role can always access the Contracts tab, regardless of permissions. The combination Role: Contract Administrator and Authority: Limited gives a user access only to contracts, allowing them to add and administer contracts in Boardeaser.
Add contract administrator
In the left menu, click "Administration," then "Users" for the applicable organization. Then click the "Invite new users" button.
Fill in the relevant user information, select Contract administrator as the Role and then click "Add".
Change user to contract administrator
In the left menu, click "Administration," then "Users" for the applicable organization. Then click on the icon with the three dots next (···) to the person you want to change. Select "Contract Administrator" as the Role, then click "Save".
